2. Developer Account

You must register for a developer account to upload games. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Game Submissions

By uploading games to the Trioll platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Trioll to display your game
• Your game does not infringe, violate or misappropriate the rights of any third party
• Your game does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
• Your game complies with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Content Guidelines

Games must not contain:

• Illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Explicit violence or graphic content inappropriate for general audiences
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Misleading or deceptive content

5. Revenue Sharing

Developers retain ownership of their games. Revenue sharing terms will be communicated separately and are subject to individual agreements.

6. Data and Analytics

Trioll collects analytics data on game performance, user engagement, and other metrics. This data helps developers understand their game's performance and improve user experience.

7. Termination

Trioll reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and remove games that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Trioll does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trioll be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

Trioll reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
